I am a certified Havener!
I am a midwife, a nurse practitioner, a registered nurse, and a doula.
I am a mother, a grandmother, and a wife.
I am a friend, a sister, an aunt, and a cousin.
I love my dogs and cat.
I love the mountains and the beach.
Like most people I know, I have had my share of trauma from childhood through adulthood.
I reached out and received havening for some recent trauma.
Havening helped me stop spinning my brain and to stop focusing on traumatic events while I was waking up, going to sleep, and during waking hours.
I was able to let go of the vicious cycle and calm my mind through havening.
Therefore, I have become a havener to be able to help others let go of their traumas, anxiety, phobias, and sometimes bad habits.
I enjoy helping others. I am good at it.
I found havening to be an extension of listening and working with people, as I do as a midwife.
I’m not a potter but I make stuff with clay.
I’m not a painter but I like to paint.
I can’t draw but I get my point across.
I’m not a writer but I am writing.
I’m not a gardener but I have beautiful gardens and pull lots of weeds.
I’m not a meditator but I meditate.
I’m not a yogi but I do yoga and Tai Chi.
I don’t laugh often but I love to laugh.
I’m not a swimmer, I’m not a chef but I love to swim and cook delicious food.
I walk 2-5 miles a day, I guess I am a walker.
I would be happy to help you through havening when you are ready to live a fuller, calmer life!
